These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to clinicalcomfortsolutions.com (the "Site") and to the use of massage chairs placed by Clinical Comfort Solutions WA LLC ("Clinical Comfort Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or a chair, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

About Our Services

The Site provides general information about our commercial massage chair placement service. Placement of a chair at a business is governed by a separate written agreement between that business and Clinical Comfort Solutions. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding agreement for placement.

Not Medical Care

Our chairs are for comfort and relaxation only. They are not medical treatment, and nothing on the Site or at the chair is medical advice. Do not use a chair in place of care from a qualified health professional.

Using a Chair Safely

By using a chair, you agree to:

• Follow the instructions posted on the chair
• Stop the session right away if you feel pain or discomfort
• Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or are unsure whether a massage chair is right for you
• Use the chair only within the posted height and weight limits
• Allow only one person in the chair at a time
• Not let children use the chair without adult supervision
• Keep food, drinks, and sharp objects off the chair
• Use the disinfectant wipes provided, if you wish, and not damage or misuse the chair

You use the chair at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment and Refunds

Sessions are paid by card at the chair, at the prices posted on the chair. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, not by the host business. 

If a chair does not work as expected or you were charged in error, contact Clinical Comfort Solutions directly at (425) 200-5099 or info@clinicalcomfortsolutions.com within 3 business days of your session. Please include the date, time, location, and amount. We will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original card within 1 to 3 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account. The host business is not responsible for payments or refunds.

Site Content

The Site's text, design, logos, and images belong to Clinical Comfort Solutions or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for personal or business information only. You may not copy, reuse, or sell its content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes sending false or harmful information, trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the Site works, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinical Comfort Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or a chair. Our total liability for any claim relating to a chair session will not exceed the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to hold Clinical Comfort Solutions harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or a chair, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or a chair after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
